Fiat Chrysler, PSA Group Merge to Create New Auto-Making Behemoth

After cementing their transatlantic merger, Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot have created a new auto-making giant set to keep them in the race in the fast-changing auto-industry that is now made up of electric vehicles, self-driving AI technology, and more. As a combined entity they named Stellantis, this new company now ranks as the 3rd largest auto maker according to 2019 sales figures, worth more than $51 billion.
